How to Use Ibuprofen Cream

 

Ibuprofen Topical Cream

Using ibuprofen cream is simple and easy and also mess free.  From start to finish of these steps will only take a few brief moments.

Follow the steps below.

 

 

STEP 1

Squeeze a small amount of cream out of the tube.

 

STEP 2

Then rub the ibuprofen cream into the affected pain area.

 

Step 3

Repeat on all pain affected areas as needed up to 2-3 times per day.  I tube will last a lot longer than you think.  Remember to keep the amount you are using small.  You shouldn’t need more than a dime size portion of the cream.
